Bettye Hyde ELC joined Andrew Fleck Children’s Services in October 2023. Bettye Hyde provides care for families in the Sandy Hill/ centretown neighbourhoods.
Bettye Hyde Co-operative Early Learning Centre (ELC) offers full-time care and learning for children from 18 months to 3.8 years of age.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC); the rates above reflect a reduction of our previous fees.
Wish to pay by credit card? That is an option but please note:
- There is a 2.2% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- There is a 2.4% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian AMEX credit cards and International credit cards.
