Bettye Hyde ELC joined Andrew Fleck Children’s Services in October 2023. Bettye Hyde provides care for families in the Sandy Hill/ centretown neighbourhoods.
Bettye Hyde Co-operative Early Learning Centre (ELC) offers full-time care and learning for children from 18 months to five years of age. Our preschool program is offered in both English and French with an introduction to French in our Toddler program.

Wish to pay by credit card? That is an option but please note:
- There is a 2.2% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- There is a 2.4% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian AMEX credit cards and International credit cards.
