Mooney’s Bay Intergenerational Early Learning Centre
Welcome!
In May 2022, Andrew Fleck Children’s Services officially opened its new child care program the Mooney’s Bay Intergenerational Early Learning Centre.
This program offers an infant program for children under 18 months, as well as toddler programs for children ages 18 months to 2.5 years old. Finally, we offer a preschool program for children between the ages of 2.5 and 3.8 years old.
*Please note, we have a limited number of spaces that are prioritized for employees of Canada Post.

Daily Rates 2025
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC); the rates below reflect a reduction of our previous fees. By March 31, 2026, fees expected to be an average of $12.00 per day.

Wish to pay by credit card? That is an option but please note:
- There is a 2.2% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- There is a 2.4% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian AMEX credit cards and International credit cards.
