Welcome!
Andrew Fleck Children’s Services has been providing early learning and care to families of Lowertown since 1911.
Our centre provides licensed child care for children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years of age in two buildings located at 185 & 195 George St. in the Byward Market.
In our main building we offer our preschool program for children between the ages 2.5 and 5 years old.
Our “Cottage” building located next door to our main building provides early learning and care for toddlers between the ages of 18 months to 2.5 years old.

Daily Rates 2023
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC); the rates above reflect a reduction of our previous fees by 52.75% (or to the threshold of $12.00 / day). By September 2025, fees expected to be an average of $12.00 per day.

Wish to pay by credit card? That is an option but please note:
- There is a 2.2% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- There is a 2.4% + 30 cents charge on all CAD transactions made with a Canadian AMEX credit cards and International credit cards.
