Welcome!
Andrew Fleck Children’s Services has been providing early learning and care to families of Lowertown since 1911.
Our centre provides licensed child care for children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years of age in two buildings located at 185 & 195 George St. in the Byward Market.
In our main building we offer our preschool program for children between the ages 2.5 and 5 years old.
Our “Cottage” building located next door to our main building provides early learning and care for toddlers between the ages of 18 months to 2.5 years old.

Daily Rates 2023
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC); the rates below reflect a reduction of our previous fees by 52.75% (or to the threshold of $12.00 / day). The next fee reduction is expected to occur Fall 2024.

Wish to pay by credit card? That is an option but please note we will add the fee charged to us by the credit card company which may be as high as 3%.
